We are aware that the cell network requires additional work for coordinators, who are already busy. Yet the network is crucial to our operations. That is why we propose creating a third role within the cells alongside the referents and coordinators.

This would be the “weavers,” whose sole responsibility would be networking—establishing contacts between cells within their canton and across cantons, as well as with other networks that will soon all connect with one another.

This role becomes very important in the timing of the events to which we must adapt. I hope you will welcome this suggestion.
